Like to know more about how the digital Brussels of the future might look?

Last November the Brussels Smart City Event was postponed due to a terrorist threat. Today we are delighted to announce that we have picked a new date: Tuesday 3 May 2016.

The State Secretary responsible for Digital Transition, Bianca Debaets is delighted to once again be able to invite you to this high-profile event.

A select number of prestigious speakers with day-to-day experience of Smart City applications have, once again, agreed to share their unique outside-the-box vision. And they will delve further into what this actually means for Brussels residents.

So it’s only natural that the Brussels residents are also invited to the event as guests of honour. Everyone who lives in the Brussels-Capital Region is welcome, be they experts in digital solutions or people who dream of a better Brussels. We will embark on a quest to discover creative digital solutions together with them to improve the daily lives for Brussels residents.

Finally, the Smart City Ambassador will also be presented during this special event.
